Meet Honey – A Smart, Spirited Girl with a Sweet Side

Hi, I’m Honey! I got my name because of my beautiful honey-colored fur—but I’ve got a sweet personality to match. I was found wandering a neighborhood, surviving under a truck and eating dried leaves to stay alive. Luckily, my foster parents rescued me, and now I’m thriving in the safety of indoor life.

I’m a larger lady, around 7 pounds, and like most rabbits, I prefer to keep all four paws on the floor. That said, once I trust you, I might surprise you by climbing right into your lap for some attention! I do enjoy being petted, especially once we’ve bonded.

I’m incredibly food motivated—there’s not a treat I’ve met that I didn’t like! I even solved my treat puzzle right away. Zoomies are my favorite form of exercise, and my foster mom gets a kick out of counting my laps around the family room. I love to explore and visit with the other rabbits in the house, and I might really enjoy having a bunny friend of my own.
