Meet Blair the Hare — A Park Survivor Turned Snuggle Star!

Hi, I'm Blair the Hare! I was abandoned at a park in Fishers — but I definitely didn’t want to be there. When IHRS volunteers came to help, I was still hanging out by the same parking lot hours later, trying to meet people and convince someone to take me home. Thankfully, they did!

I fell in love with house life immediately. The unlimited water and hay buffet? Incredible. I devour every bit of hay in my litter box and keep my space super tidy — my foster humans even say I’m the neatest bunny in the house!

That hay fuels my athletic side, too. I’m proud to report I can jump a 36” x-pen straight up — so a topper or taller setup is a must! Despite my sporty side, I’m also a big fan of lounging. I love flopping right out in the open, because I know I’m safe and loved now.

I adore full-body pets, and I melt for head rubs and cheek scritches. I’m so grateful, I give kisses with my little bunny tongue — if you’ve never had a bunny kiss, you’re missing out!

I’m curious, friendly, and polite — nothing much rattles me. With my hare-like ears and sweet spirit, I bring joy and calm everywhere I go.
