Benjamin found his way to IHRS when his Mom's cancer was diagnosed as terminal. Benjamin's Mom kept him as long as she could, but was physically unable to care for him while undergoing treatments. Giving up Benjamin was very difficult for her, it was clear that she loves him very, very much.
Benjamin is a very friendly, active and easy going rabbit who loves attention and responds to his name when called. When his foster mom opens his pen to give him his food, he always runs up to her and waits until she give him some head rubs before eating. Benjamin likes being held and likes sitting on his foster mom's lap.
Benjamin seems to do well around other rabbits and would do well in a pairing situation in a quite home.
