Wagner was recently returned to foster care with his bondmate, Annie. While Annie wears the pants, Wagner makes sure her eyes and ears are clean and cuddles up to keep her warm. He can be a little bit timid in new situations, but he's still inquisitive, and as long as Annie is around he's happy to oblige you if you want to give him some affection.
