Annie

New Zealand White
Age: 8 years 1 months
Weight: 7.2 lbs.

In 2003 a good samaritan called Indiana HRS to report that an albino rabbit had been hopping around an Indianapolis neighborhood for 3 days when temperatures were in the 90s with heat indices in the 100s. A team of five Indiana HRS volunteers partnered with the good samaritan and her friends to come to the rabbit's aid. We discovered a skinny, hot, tired, New Zealand White, covered in grease/oil from hiding under cars.

Annie was recently returned to foster care along with her "husbun", Wagner. She wears the pants in their relationship, and takes good care of him. She's a curious rabbit, sticking her nose in wherever she thinks there might be something to explore. She enjoys being petted, and even though she has Wagner to attend to her grooming and cuddling needs she's happy to settle down beside you for some affection.

Annie and Wagner will be adopted together and must be housed as a pair. Can you give this cute couple the home they deserve?
